• 18 April 1994: founded Pfeffer Dental Practice

• Member of the Swiss Dental Association (SSO) since 1991

• Member of the Basel branch of the Swiss Dental Association (formerly ZGB Basel) since 1994

• Member of the SSRD (Swiss Association for Restorative Dentistry) since 1997

• Expert in final examinations/qualification procedure for dental assistants for both Basel cantons since 2001

• 2009 – 2012: medical dissertation under Professor Th. Lambrecht in Basel. Topic: Bisphosphonate and Osteonecrosis of the Jaws

• Doctorate in dentistry (Dr med. dent) from the University of Basel in September 2012

• Member of the board of SSO Basel since March 2019
